Sweet grain, corn like aroma with no hops. Slight sweetness similar to bread with a touch of fruitiness.
Amber color that is very clear. Frothy, off white head with about an eighth inch that is persistent.
Crisp corn note with bite. Low floral hops and a touch of sweetness in the middle of the sip. The end has such strong carbonation that it is hard to tell if the bitterness came from the carbonation or the hops. Finish is rather dry. As it warms, the carbonation subsides and there is more sweetness.
Very high carbonation with a medium body. Carbonation creates a bite during the taste.
High carbonation with low German malt sweetness. Even though this is not my style, the beer is not too bad.
